Return Policy

At A.P Enterprises, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price, or you can exchange it if you are facing size issues with the same design. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from A.P Enterprises website (www.Apenterprises.online).

Note: Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

Return and Exchange Policies

In case of any such discrepancy, please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment by contacting us at +917266900427. Please share images of the product along with the shipping label.

At A.P Enterprises, we have a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy, which gives you the option to return or exchange items purchased from www.Apenterprises.online for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Guidelines for a Valid Return and Exchange

  1. The product should be in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in its original packaging.
  2. The product must be unused.
  3. Products must be in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

We will send you a confirmation email/message as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Note: Please allow us at least 2 to 5 days to arrange the return pickup from your doorstep.

Returns and Exchanges Costs

Returns and exchanges are done free of cost if incorrect products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

Note: One-time reverse pick-up will be done against an order. For the second time, you need to dispatch the shipment from your end and bear the charges for both sides.

How to Return a Product

To return a product to A.P Enterprises, please follow these steps:

  1. Create a 'Return Request' under the “Order History” section of the Website. Follow the screens that appear after tapping the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pickup or ship it to us based on the return mode.
  2. We offer a pickup facility for the address used while placing the order.

To raise a return request, please drop us an email at support@Apenterprises.online, and we will process your request. Kindly share your Order ID, product name, and product SKU code in the email to avoid confusion. Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep.

Exchanges

At A.P Enterprises, we have a 7-day exchange policy. If you choose to exchange the item due to size mismatch or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Under Exchange Policy:

  1. Only size exchanges or defective items are allowed.
  2. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
  3. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately.

Note:

The customer needs to self-ship the goods from their side, and we will reimburse the shipping costs if the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup.
